Tuesday, 21 January, 2025, 09:00-11:00 CET
OCEAN ROOM
InTent and Business Schools for Climate Leadership (BS4CL) are proud to host an interactive workshop designed to drive actionable solutions for integrating sustainability into the corporate world. This unique private on invitation only event will bring together representatives from academia, industry, journalism and finance to align talent development with the growing demand for sustainable business practices.
This workshop will emphasize the critical role recruiters and academia play in shaping a workforce equipped to tackle sustainability challenges. Together, we’ll explore how business education, hiring practices and talent strategies can become powerful levers for driving meaningful change. It will provide practical insights and foster collaboration between academia and industry to close the gap between academic preparation and corporate sustainability needs. Under Chatham House rules, participants will share ideas and insights for how to build a future-ready workforce that can address global challenges while driving business success.
Featured participants will include deans and associate deans from the BS4CL network such as HEC Paris, IESE, IMD, INSEAD, as well as some of the world’s biggest recruiters, such as Amazon, Deloitte, Google, KPMG, McKinsey, Procter&Gamble, PwC and Unilever.
