Businesses are key allies for ensuring access to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) information and services for millions of women across the world.

Adopting flexible working arrangements to cope with menstrual or menopause symptoms, providing information on family planning programmes, subsidizing access to reproductive health services, and support to survivors of violence and harassment, results in women having greater control over their sexual and reproductive health. It means that women will not only be healthier but also feel safer and more empowered to make autonomous decisions in their personal and professional life, increasing women’s economic and social participation.
