Himanshu Gupta, CEO ClimateAi

Himanshu Gupta is the co-founder and is the CEO of ClimateAi, which has built and scaled creating an AI- based resilience-as-a-service platform for enterprise supply chains. Gupta has spent more than 14 years in the field of climate change, working across both the public and private sectors.

Prior to ClimateAi, Gupta worked with former Vice President Al Gore and Lord Nicholas Stern on multiple initiatives for the U.S. and Europe. He also led emission pathways work for India’s submission into the Paris Accord, and crafted India’s renewable energy vision in the 12th five-year plan. He was recognized in Forbes’ 2016 30 under 30 India list for his contributions to the climate change space. 

In addition, Gupta co-authored a book on India’s low-carbon economy, and his expert perspective has been featured in a wide range of business and technology publications including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Business Insider, MIT Technology Review, Business Standard, Reuters, and Stanford Social Innovation Review.

Gupta graduated from Stanford University’s dual MBA/MS program in Environment and Resources, where ClimateAi originated.

Virginie Helias, Chief Sustainability Officer, P&G

With more than thirty years in brand management and innovation, Virginie has broad experience across multiple categories which has built her skills in global to local brand management.

She has worked on several of P&G’s multi billion dollar brands, including: Pantene, Ariel/Tide, and Pampers. Virginie has extensive international experience, having been based in France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. Today, Virginie serves as P&G’s Chief Sustainability Officer where her mission is to develop the company’s strategies and goals on sustainability and operationalize them across businesses and regions.

Nicolas Lefevre-Marton, Managing Director, Sustainability Solutions EMEAI

Nicolas Lefevre-Marton joined ENGIE Impact in 2019 as Managing Director, Sustainability Solutions in the US before moving to Brussels to take the lead of the Europe, Middle-East, Africa, and India region. Before joining ENGIE Impact, Nicolas was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader of the global Innovation Practice as well as of the East Coast Electric Power and Natural Gas practice. Much of his work focused on growth strategy and new business development across utility, energy, and industrial companies, with a particular emphasis on energy technologies, renewable energy industry development, and decarbonization for both business and public sector actors.

Nicolas also worked at the International Energy Agency, where he advised governments on energy and environmental policy topics.

He holds a Master’s of Science in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London as well as a PhD from Princeton University, in Science, Technology and Environmental Policy.

Sophie Lambin, CEO and Founder, Kite Insights

Sophie is the Founder and CEO of Kite Insights, as well as the Editorial Partner of the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society. Sophie has two decades of professional services and consulting experience. Over the years, she has developed global content strategies, produced high profile strategic content, and led the development of research-based insights for leaders across different industry sectors and geographies. Before founding Kite Insights, Sophie was the head of Global Thought Leadership and External Affairs for

PwC, where she spearheaded the firm’s Global CEO Survey. At PwC, Sophie was responsible for setting and managing the firm’s thought leadership agenda across multiple platforms and convenings, working with senior leadership across practice areas and geographies to draw out insights and execute research strategies. Before this, Sophie initiated, established, and led European Business Forum Ltd (EBF) as Executive Director, Member of the Board and Publisher. EBF was a joint venture between the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) and PwC. It produced a quarterly management publication with a European perspective providing a dialogue between decision-makers and opinion formers in the business and academic worlds.

Sophie is originally from Belgium and lives in London with her husband and two children.
